Shipping policy
From the time an item is purchased it takes between 3-5 business days processing time, and an additional 2-5 days for your order to be shipped to you. All packages come via USPS. In an attempt to ensure heat-sensitive items like balms and body butters do not sit in non-air conditioned loading zones or mail trucks over the weekend, all orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday. Please ensure you retrieve your items once they have been delivered as soon as possible, especially during the hot summer months.
If your balm or butter has melted during transit, please place the unopened jar in the refrigerator to cool and resolidify (about one to two hours). Once the product has resolidified, remove the jar from the refrigerator and place in a cool room to bring to room temperature. The body butter product will be more like a balm than a creamy butter; however, the product has not lost its good properties and is still safe to use.
You are fully responsible for providing us with the correct address for shipping of the items you have purchased. If you provide us with an incorrect address, we will not be responsible for refunding or replacing the item you purchased. However, if we can help solve the problem we will and any additional costs will be charged to you. Please ensure the address you provide at checkout is a safe location.
